Founded in 1992 by Kip LaChapelle, LaChapelle Homes began as a residential building and renovation construction company based in Barrington NH. Later focusing on residential custom home building as our specialty. In 2001 after having completed over fifty homes in the Barrington NH and surrounding Seacoast area we expanded the companies reach with additional emphasis on the Vacation Home Market in the Mount Washington Valley. We have now built over thirty vacation homes in the North Conway, Bartlett area and continue to love building in what are most certainly two of New Hampshire's most beautiful areas, the seacoast and the Mt Washington Valley.
