After graduating from Rider University, Mark Rufolo entered the field of Property Management. During his tenure in this field, Mark managed a large commercial Class -A office complex and a 42 story 1.1 million square foot high rise skyscraper in downtown Manhattan. In an effort to manage these operations, Mark obtained three technical degrees for HVAC, Electrical Applications and Automotive/Deisel technology and numerous trade certificates and licenses. . In 1996, Mark left the corporate world and started Rufolo Construction, LLC. His goal was to create a business that catered to individuals while following the corporate protocol. All our work is done to the conformity of all applicable codes and completed with the quality expected in Corporate America.
