Chris collaborates with the executive chef and cooks to prepare the meal during the dining hours. He provides high quality meal to guests and staff and participates in all aspects of food production. Chris offers a creative menu to compete with other local restaurants and ensures all food and other items stored properly. He labels and stocks all the ingredients so that it could be organized and easily accessible by the customers. He prepares the cooking ingredients by washing & chopping vegetables and cutting meat etc.
