Senior LIFE is a provider of the program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) called LIFE in Pennsylvania. The LIFE Program is a Medicare and Medicaid approved long-term care program that provides complete medical care and supportive services for persons 55 years and older so that they can remain living in their home. The LIFE Program is an alternative to nursing and personal care homes. There are no costs for services for Medicaid eligible persons. Senior LIFE's services are customized to meet the specific needs of each individual.

Good Shepherd, based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, is a nationally recognized rehabilitation leader, offering a continuum of care for people with injuries, complex medical needs and physical and/or cognitive disabilities. If you are medically stable but fragile, you may need extended medical and nursing care at the Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital. Long-term acute care (LTCH) is appropriate for patients who are too ill to be discharged to a nursing facility, an inpatient rehabilitation hospital or their homes.
