The Other Foot coaching method is designed to make young footballers become more two-footed. This is achieved through a carefully planned program of skills practices, challenges and fun games. Players taking part in the program have an opportunity to progress through six "SOCKA" skill levels. No matter what level of football you play at there's always room for improvement. Whether you play professionally, as an amateur, at school level or in the park with your mates, it will always be to your advantage if you feel more comfortable in using your OTHER FOOT!
