The University Scholars Program (USP) embraces the individual scholar. With an understanding of the complexities of high aptitude learners, both their phenomenal strengths and very real challenges, we believe that these students, like all students, have a right to an appropriate education that helps them to reach their fullest potential. The University Scholars Program creates a setting where like-minded scholars and teachers encourage and inspire.

The Center for Performing and Fine Arts (CPFA) is a cyber-blended pre-professional arts program for students enrolled in the PA Leadership Charter School (PALCS). PALCS is a public cyber charter school and open to all Pennsylvanian students in grades K-12. Almost any child between the ages of 5 and 21 can enroll in PALCS. CPFA opened in the fall of 2005 and today has an enrollment of more than 200 middle and high school students. Students study four main disciplines: theatre, music, dance, and fine arts.

PA Leadership Charter School (PALCS) is a state-approved public cyber charter school for Pennsylvania students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Since 2004, PALCS has provided individualized online instruction with teacher curriculum created to its families. We currently serve over 3100 students state-wide. When families join our community, they become a part of our PALCS family.
