DISCOVERBOOKKEEPING-The Resource to Discover your Potential DISCOVERBOOKKEEPING offers instruction in the fundamental tools of bookkeeping, computerized accounting, job readiness workshops and placement assistance. This specialized pro- gram consists of four 10 week courses. Each participant must participate in an interview screening process with a detailed application where each student must illustrate their desire in starting or expanding their career in financial administration. Semester 1 (10 weeks) focuses on Instruction in Bookkeeping using Real World examples. Concepts Covered include Terminology, Accounting Equation, Profit and Loss, General Ledger, Debits and Credits, Petty Cash Applications, Payroll. Hands on work with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Trail Balance, etc.

We specialize in teaching digital design classes for fashion and accessory designers. Classes focus on Adobe software, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop. Classes include Illustrator for Fashion (Level 1 and 2), Photoshop and Illustrator for Footwear Design, and Photoshop and Illustrator for Lingerie Design. Classes are offered in person (in Midtown Manhattan) and online.

Jewelry Arts provides students with a rare opportunity to learn skills such as granulation, enameling, chain weaving and other techniques that are the hallmarks of classical jewelry. Through intensive, one-on-one instruction, Jewelry Arts students complete a series of projects designed to teach classical jewelry-making techniques. All Jewelry Arts classes take place in our newly renovated studio and are led by teams of master craftspeople and working jewelry designers. With one teacher for every 4-5 students, those who attend Jewelry Arts classes are able to learn at their own pace and receive the necessary instruction to successfully complete every project.
