We don't believe that one-hour of multimedia eLearning should cost $65,000 (ASTD estimate). We avoid the bells and whistles and go for simple and effective. Getting close to the audience and understanding what they want is critical because we know that learners will happily go along for the ride if the content and presentation hold their interest and is relevant.
