Competitive Edge aims to develop the “complete athlete” using performance sports training in Woodbridge, VA and surrounding area. Members are able to enhance their athletic performance and develop a competitive edge to excel in their desired sport. Competitive Edge has two training components; Competitive Edge – Baseball, which offers baseball athletes hitting and pitching sessions, in addition to private lessons. Competitive Edge – Speed & Agility program focuses on athlete development by improving their speed, strength, agility and athletic performance in sports such as basketball, football, track and field, soccer, lacrosse, wrestling, baseball and softball.
