I am a tenant and they are awesome! Maintenance is super. I would recommend them to anyone.

Don't do business at all with them. They won't pay me my rents that were collected in Dec and Jan. They are bad at bookkeeping and statements. I've had to hire an attorney and file a complaint with the MO Real Estate Commission. One of the employees tried to pocket $100 of a tenants sec. deposit that was paid in cash. Luckily, the tenant has a receipt.

Worse property management team I have ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs. I am still out of pocket over $4000 in rent money taken from the tenant and witheld from me.
