Ethan is the worst repair guy to work with. He charges $110 for travel (even if he is at a previous job a mile away) and $60 an hour. Paid 2x $138 for a bike tube tire repair. Tubes cost less than $10 but son taken advantage of because he doesn't drive. Seriously? Motor changed out from brand new $750 ebike (limited 14 day warranty) for another $400. All added up, spent over $1500 on a piece of garbage ebike serviced by a less than stellar tech. On top of it, extremely rude individual who takes advantage of people who can't drive. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS CROOK
