OZ Moving & Storage, Inc. delivered on the basics, but the experience was below what I had hoped for. The movers arrived on time and were courteous, but there was a lack of communication throughout the process. They didn't keep me informed about timing or when they expected to arrive at my new place, which added unnecessary stress. The unloading took a bit longer than expected, and one of my boxes was dented upon arrival. It wasn't a terrible experience, but for the cost, I was expecting a more polished, professional service.

Although OZ Moving & Storage, Inc. successfully completed my relocation, it was not as effortless as I had anticipated. I appreciated that the team arrived punctually; however, they took longer than anticipated to pack everything up. Additionally, I observed that a few of my fragile items were not wrapped as securely as I would have preferred, necessitating that I re-wrap them. Despite the absence of any physical harm, the experience was considerably more distressing than anticipated. I anticipated a more professional and efficient approach in light of the price. It is an acceptable alternative; however, it is not the most suitable choice for those seeking a stress-free relocation.

I was somewhat disappointed by my experience with OZ Moving & Storage, Inc. The team arrived slightly later than anticipated, resulting in a delay in my entire day's schedule. Although they were courteous and handled my possessions with care, they did not appear to be particularly organised, and the packaging process took significantly longer than expected. The delay had exacerbated the tension of an already hectic day by the time we arrived at my new residence. Although they successfully completed the task, I had anticipated a more seamless experience for the price. If efficiency and punctuality are of the utmost importance, I would suggest exploring alternative options.
