A Local Animal Shelter and Adoption Agency Here in Momence, IL We're River Valley Cat Oasis and we're a local animal shelter and adoption agency here in Momence, IL. Our mission is to feed the hungry, heal the sick, and provide shelter for all the homeless, abused, abandoned and neglected animals we can reach. We started this business to provide a place to house rescued cats until they've found forever homes. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Momence and the surrounding communities. We'd like to personally invite to contact us today for cat adoptions, rescues, and care.
