Achieve Hypnotherapy can help you change your life. Tom Laessig, a certified hypnotherapist, can help you stop smoking, lose weight, eat Hypnotherapy and hypnosis are interchangeable terms that describe a protocol used for centuries to change behavior and limiting beliefs in the mind. Here are a few examples.
Hypnosis to Stop Smoking. A smoker has been smoking cigarettes for 30 years. They have tried to quit smoking using various pills, patches and gums. They can't stop because their mindset hasn't changed. Hypnosis works with the mind to change the behavior.
A hypnotherapist can help a smoker eliminate their smoking habit.
Hypnosis to Lose Weight. Everyone tries to diet. Most are unsuccessful because eating behaviors are established over many years. We all crave sweets, bread, soda, chips, cereal and McDonalds. So, how does hypnosis help someone lose weight? Hypnosis changes the mindset and one's approach to food. Just like the smoker, hypnosis eliminates cravings for the foods you have been eating your whole life.
With the help of a hypnotherapist, you can eat healthy and lose weight and enjoy doing it.
