It does exactly what it says. But, I did not give it a star as mine came with one non-slip pad and no suction cups. The package took some time to arrive, and it was quite beat up. However, the bowl was good. The other items were not found in the box when I opened them. The bowl is made of hard plastic and seems to be very sturdy. It has a smooth interior and a matte exterior.
