Started off with a introduction of himself and asked me if I had a key areas I wanted looked into. Did a detailed walk through of the outside of the property and then went inside and was very detailed on his inspection. Told me as we were going along what issues he was seeing a gave pointers on how to repair certain things and explained why said things should be fixed. Report was detailed with pictures and good descriptions! Got the report out asap

Me and my wife are first time home buyers. We bought a new home in a new development community. He treated the new home the same as with any other home and provided us with a thorough inspection. You would think a new home would just be perfect but their not and do still need inspections. He provided many pictures and explanations that were very informative and educating. He answered every question we had as well and is very responsive. Would recommend him to every one. We were referred to him from ed prather realty and I'm glad we were.
