MajX CNC is a veteran-owned precision machine shop in Tempe, Arizona, specializing in 5-axis CNC milling, prototype manufacturing, custom parts, and short-run production with in-house CMM inspection. MajX CNC is a precision machine shop in Tempe, Arizona, specializing in 5-axis CNC milling, prototype manufacturing, custom parts, and short-run production with in-house CMM inspection. We machine complex geometries on a 2026 5-Axis vertical machining center. Optimal work envelope is 8" diameter by 8" height; larger parts up to 15" diameter are possible depending on geometry. Dimensional verification is performed on a 2026 5-Axis CMM. Services include prototypes and new product introductions, job-shop and contract machining, fast-turnaround custom parts, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) support, and inspection quality. Materials include aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and other alloys. Owned and operated by a U.S. Navy veteran with more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing process development, CNC programming, design, and job-shop operations. Programming and modeling, we use SolidWorks and Mastercam.
