Dr. Marshall was raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and graduated from Choctawhatchee High School. He went on to earn his degree in Biological Science from Florida State University in 1994 before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with High Honors at The University of Florida in 1998. Dr. Marshall then entered the University of Florida College of Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2001.
