Homes with Hope is a nonprofit organization working to prevent and end housing and food insecurity in Fairfield County. Programs include emergency shelter, supportive housing, rapid re-housing, diversion services, food assistance, youth development, mentoring and individualized case management. Through its Community Kitchen and Food Pantry, the organization also provides meals and groceries to community members in need.
