Olivina is a full-service catering company in Seattle, creating chef-driven menus and custom events across the greater Seattle area and Pacific Northwest. We cater weddings, corporate events, galas and fundraisers, and private social gatherings, with dedicated event planners guiding every detail from menu design to on-site service. Our award-winning chefs build each menu around fresh, seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients, from local oysters and Dungeness crab to farm-grown produce. Backed by Gourmondo's 30 years of catering experience, Olivina brings fine-dining craft to intimate dinners and large-scale events alike. Menu tastings are available for couples, event planners, and hosts.
