Oak & Amber is an upscale modern Texas steakhouse located on the ground floor of The Monarch San Antonio luxury hotel at 222 S. Alamo Street in downtown San Antonio's Hemisfair district. Led by Executive Chef Jae H. Lee, the restaurant opened in March 2026 and features wood-fired dry-aged steaks, Gulf seafood, and a tableside Prime Rib Cart.
