Siddiqua Noor, DNP, is a Family Medicine nurse practitioner at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in the greater Houston area. Siddiqua Noor, DNP, FNP-BC, earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the Houston Cizik School of Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHealth) in Houston in 2025. Siddiqua joined Kelsey-Seybold as a board-certified family nurse practitioner in March 2026. She provides primary care for patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include women's health and preventive medicine.
