The Tipsy Butler is a coastal bed and breakfast set in a historic 1846 home just steps away from the twin villages of Damariscotta and Newcastle. At The Tipsy Butler, hosts Annie Fagan and Alicia Witham welcome visitors year-round to this beautiful historic property. Four guest rooms in the main B&B as well as a standalone two-bedroom cottage offer multiple options for travelers, groups and families.
