I also witnessed behavior and comments that I personally found discriminatory and deeply offensive, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. What made the experience even worse is that their reputation in the community was not positive. Multiple people I interacted with expressed concerns and frustration regarding how they handle tenant situations, and it became clear that their approach is widely disagreed with.
