Elaine Nishime was our property manager landlord, but she was caught with Michael Aquilina in an adulterous affair and angering our other contact and her divorcing husband Michael Nishime.Every call then went unanswered. Every message was ignored. When I did manage to get a response, I was met with excuses, deflection, and empty promises that never materialized. These individuals showed zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero regard for their tenants. It is truly shocking that they are allowed to operate as property managers. And then came the hidden fees - charge after charge that was never disclosed upfront. The price I was quoted bore absolutely no resemblance to what I was actually billed. Random, unexplained fees kept appearing with no justification whatsoever. When I questioned them, I was either ignored or given the runaround by them. This company is an embarrassment to the rental industry. They take your money, abandon you, let the property fall apart around you, and then have the audacity to hit you with hidden charges. Nishime and their entire team are unprofessional, unethical, and completely untrustworthy. Do yourself the biggest favor of your life - run as far away from Nishime as possible and rent from someone who actually respects their tenants.
