It started when two friends and like-minded agents decided to start a team, a foreign concept in the real estate industry in those days! In the early 2000's, Andy Bovender and Debbie Hooker met at the office of the #1 real estate firm at the time. They found they shared similar work ethic, priorities, and goals – to serve their clients needs at the highest level, and co-founded the Andy Bovender Team! Fast forward twenty years and they have built one of the most well-respected and highly effective real estate teams in the Charlotte, Charleston, and Wilmington regions. As of 2024, The Andy Bovender Team has closed more than $1.75 Billion in sales, and is consistently one of the top producing teams in all of Compass Carolinas.
