Steve Ware is a trauma therapist and men's work facilitator serving Ferndale, Detroit, Royal Oak, Birmingham, and the greater Metro Detroit area. Specializing in EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and Somatic Therapy, Steve helps men heal trauma, reduce stress, and build healthier relationships. For more than ten years, Steve has helped thousands of men overcome anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, anger, and long standing patterns. His calm and supportive approach is grounded in both science and lived experience. After a near fatal car accident in 2009, Steve rebuilt his life through therapy, meditation, and men's work—tools he now uses to help others find clarity, strength, and direction.
