I treat trauma and PTSD, addiction, alcoholism, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and grief. My approach is integrative. I combine talk therapy with practical skills, and as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner I work directly with the nervous system when talking alone does not reach.
Before opening this practice I spent six years at Hazelden Betty Ford and Inter-Care. I am also a Certified Grief Educator trained under David Kessler.
Sessions are online only. Aetna, Oxford, and United Health accepted. A free 20-minute phone consultation is available.
