Reservation modifications depend strictly on the fare structure selected at booking Reservation modifications depend strictly on the fare structure selected at booking. Flex Fares permit schedule changes without penalty fees, requiring payment only for potential fare differences. Conversely, Economy Light fares remain non-refundable and incur change penalties. Tickets purchased directly through the airline can be canceled or submitted for refund processing online, whereas tickets issued by third-party travel agencies must be serviced through the original booking agent.
