We contacted Monvex Moving because we had several large and heavy pieces of furniture that we couldn't move ourselves. From the beginning, the team was professional and easy to work with. When they arrived, they looked at the furniture and planned how to get everything out safely. Some of the pieces were quite heavy and difficult to carry through the door, but the movers worked together and took their time when necessary. They protected the furniture before transporting it and were careful around the walls and other areas of the house. The crew was also very efficient. They worked continuously and communicated with each other throughout the process. Once everything was loaded, they made sure the items were positioned properly for transportation. At the destination, they unloaded everything carefully and brought the furniture inside. We showed them where we wanted the larger pieces, and they placed them accordingly. What we liked most was that the movers were respectful and didn't make the experience feel rushed. They handled our belongings like they were their own. The movers showed up on time and were ready to get started. They checked the items we needed to move and began preparing everything for transportation. They carefully wrapped our furniture and paid attention to the items that needed extra care. Watching them handle our belongings professionally made us feel much more comfortable. The crew worked continuously and efficiently. They carried boxes, furniture, and other household items without unnecessary delays. Even when they had to deal with some heavier pieces, they worked together and handled them properly. They were also polite throughout the process and answered our questions whenever we needed something. After everything was loaded, the team transported our belongings to the new location.
