That environment built the way we still operate today: load-rated to spec on every build, formal engineering sign-offs for anything non-standard, and an OSHA-certified competent person on-site for every setup and dismantling, no exceptions. Over 22 years, we expanded that standard north. Today, Connecticut Scaffolding runs inventory hubs across all 8 counties, from Greenwich to the Massachusetts line, from corporate of Stamford corridor to the docks in New London, with the same 2-4 hour dispatch window regardless of zip code. We did not lower the bar to go statewide. We just moved it.
