I believe in meeting you wherever you are on your journey to healing your relationship with food and your body. I can help you make peace with food, step away from restrictive diets and rules, and help you develop a connection with food that is sustainable and enjoyable. Through a mindful and non-diet approach, I trust we can form a better understanding of how to build a better relationship between you and your body.
