Envy Property Management is a full-service property management company in Salt Lake City, built by investors, for investors. Tanya, a third-generation real estate investor, and her husband Nick, a licensed Principal Broker, started Envy in 2016 after years of frustration with property managers who didn't understand how investors think. With more than 15 years of personal experience investing in single-family homes, multi-family apartments and small commercial buildings, the team weighs every management decision against two things owners care about: returns and tenant quality. Technology and repeatable systems keep the day-to-day work efficient, and clear communication keeps owners informed at every step.
