Kensington Gardens Resort Living Community is a boutique luxury resort living campus tucked away on 27 pristine acres in Gig Harbor, Washington. Founded by native Washingtonians Kelly and Mark Watson, Kensington Gardens pioneered the Personalized Care Resort Community model — a thoughtfully designed approach that blends resort-style living with individualized continuing care. Members enjoy chef-prepared Pacific Northwest cuisine, manicured English gardens, walking trails, concierge services, and a full calendar of social and recreational activities. With a one-time membership and monthly service fee structure, Kensington Gardens allows adults to age in place with dignity, community, and the confidence of knowing care evolves with them.
