Specializing in providing mental health services for adolescents & young adults in Lincoln, NE! Therapy works best when there's a real connection- and when you're ready to engage in the process. I primarily work with high schoolers and young adults navigating life transitions, as well as with individuals who have experienced trauma and want to stop it from continuing to control or limit their life. My approach is casual, direct, and sprinkled with sarcasm when it's warranted. Together, we focus on practical strategies you can actually use to navigate challenges and make progress in your daily life. If you want someone who'll challenge you and keep it real, reach out and we'll take it from there!
