I have been a relational therapist for many years, and my path into this work began through my own experience with trauma and grief. About 15 years ago, I found myself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and caught in patterns I wanted to change. Through my own healing, I learned the importance of having the right support, tools, and space to reclaim a sense of power and move toward a healthier version of myself. Today, I bring that lived understanding, along with professional experience, into my work with clients. I especially enjoy supporting mothers and caregivers, because those roles can be deeply meaningful but also unpredictable, exhausting, and emotionally complex. My background in special education also helps me advocate for children and families both at home and in the community. I work with individuals, couples, intimate partners, blended families, and caregivers who are navigating grief, trauma, parenting concerns, relationship challenges, family stress, and major life transitions
