With over two decades of mental health experience, Alyson specializes in helping children and families navigate life's transitions and adversities. She works with patients experiencing a variety of issues from anxiety and depression to disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and trauma. Alyson uses a client centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and strength-based techniques. Alyson is also a master accelerated resolution therapy (ART) practitioner. Alyson completed her undergraduate degree at Minnesota State Mankato and three graduate programs at St. Cloud State University in Community Counseling, School Counseling, and Marriage and Family Therapy.
