Licensed architecture firm in Kirkland, WA. Custom homes, additions, ADUs and whole house remodels across Seattle and the Eastside. Principal architect David Meade. Piper Cole Architects is a licensed architecture practice in Kirkland, Washington, led by principal architect David Meade, AIA, NCARB. We design custom homes, lakefront and waterfront houses, home additions, second stories, ADUs and DADUs, whole house remodels, and kitchen and bathroom renovations across Kirkland, Bellevue, Seattle, Redmond, Mercer Island, Medina, Sammamish and the wider Eastside. Every project is principal led, so you speak to the architect who draws your house, not a salesperson. We handle design from the first site walk through permit submission and construction administration, including shoreline permits, critical area review and city design review.
