Plaster that scratches feet, shows gray mottling or flakes near the steps is one of the most common calls LuxeSpan Works gets in Los Angeles. Many pools along the San Vicente Boulevard Corridor were built decades ago, and their original finish has simply worn through. We start by draining a section, sounding the surface for hollow spots and marking what can be patched versus what needs full pool resurfacing. Pool plaster repair, pool tile repair and replacement at the waterline, and pool leak detection and repair are often done together, because a cracked finish can hide a leak underneath. Before refilling, we check the pump and filter so the new surface starts with clean, circulating water. Our crews work Monday to Saturday and explain each step in plain terms before any work begins.
