RIA and wealth management recruiters for W-2 advisors and every seat from CEO to CSA. It's all we do. The Well Recruiting Solutions is an RIA and wealth management recruiting firm. We recruit W-2 advisors and every seat from CEO to CSA for advisory firms of every model: independent RIAs, hybrid firms, insurance-based advisory firms and broker-dealers, across the United States. Founder Steve Perry spent 17 years inside a Fortune 100 wealth management firm before starting The Well in 2023. Our recruiters work in wealth management only, so you never have to educate a generalist, and our video cover letters let your leaders see quickly who is worth their time. No fee to start a search: the placement fee, 25% of first-year OTE, is due only when you hire someone we introduced. Our median search runs under eight weeks from kickoff to accepted offer. Services: Direct Hire Search, ScaleWell for firms hiring four or more people a year, and Retained Executive Search.
