Uncle Pocko's: Big portions, bigger flavor, fair prices, & local ingredients made to order in Elgin. At Uncle Pocko's Kitchen & Smoke, we serve up big portions, bigger flavor, and fair prices to our community in Elgin, Texas. We specialize in made-to-order breakfast tacos, thick hand-pressed burgers, low-and-slow smoked meats, and house-made small-batch hot sauces. We partner with local Texas farms and ranches to source pasture-raised eggs, fresh vegetables, and quality meats. What makes us stand out is our community-first approach, everything is made completely from scratch by hand with local ingredients, giving you honest, hearty food just the way it used to be.
