Being a spicy food fanatic from childhood David was blown away with the idea of spicy fried chicken, He became obsessed with creating his own version of the popular southern dish. Having worked as a cook for his father at their family restaurant for years David took his experience and obsession into creating the perfect spicy chicken tender. He wanted to see just how juicy, just how spicy and just how flavorful he can make it.
