Paving contractor in Indiana When your driveway starts cracking after a hard Northern Indiana winter, or your plant's parking lot is getting beat up by daily semi-truck traffic, you need a paving contractor who actually knows this market. Asphalt Maintenance & Construction has been that contractor for Elkhart-area families and businesses since the 1950s. Our family-owned and operated company is now run by foreman J. Carroll, a second-generation asphalt contractor who took the reins in 1978. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience and a BBB-accredited reputation, we've built our business the only way that lasts in this community: through word-of-mouth from satisfied neighbors, plant managers, and property owners who got the job done right the first time. We pave driveways built to handle Northern Indiana's brutal freeze-thaw cycles. We resurface parking lots scheduled around your shipping windows so production never stops. We patch potholes, grade and level sub-bases, stripe lots to ADA standards.
