We help with estate plans and trusts, farm succession, uncontested probate and trust administration, farm and ag business law, co-ops, farmland and energy leases, and water and drainage questions. We also offer monthly counsel plans for farms, ag businesses, and co-op boards. All work is flat fee. Most meetings happen by phone or video. In Nebraska, signings can happen at your kitchen table. Minnesota clients are served fully remotely. We plan, draft, and negotiate. We do not handle lawsuits.
