Innovate UtilityCX is a leading organization dedicated to improving utility customer service by advancing utility CX through collaboration and innovation within the utility industry. We bring together utility professionals, leaders, and service teams through educational initiatives, industry case studies, and engaging customer service conference programs designed to support modern customer experience strategies. Through the IUCX conference and utility conferences in 2026, along with events connected to CS Week and Engage 311, we create valuable partnerships and networking opportunities that encourage knowledge sharing and professional growth. Our mission is to help organizations strengthen customer engagement, enhance operational performance, and implement modern service strategies that meet the evolving expectations of today’s utility customers.
