We built Definitive Tech Solutions because small businesses deserve honest pricing, responsive service, and digital work that actually delivers. From custom websites and marketing strategies to design Hello there, I'm Kevin Carson, Founder and CEO of Definitive Tech Solutions. I started this company back in college after working in my university’s IT department. I saw firsthand how often small businesses and community organizations were overcharged for underwhelming solutions—and I knew there had to be a better way. So I set out to build it. Since 2009, we’ve grown into a full-service digital agency based out of Parkersburg, WV, with employees from different places, offering web development, marketing, graphic design, and tech consulting. But at our core, we’re still that same people-first team focused on solving real problems with real care.
