An individual from this company came to our barn and said they just wanted to "look at" our fly spray system. Without discussing any type of work they were going to/needing to do, they came to my wife and informed her they had to replace one of the spray nozzle. Okay, fine, but then they send an invoice totaling almost $600 for calling their service, which we never did, and they proceeded to also "give" us a bottle of fly spray which again, never wanted and/or needed without discussing anything with us. We are on private property, and it is clearly posted, so to show up, unannounced and then invoice us for a service call that was never made is poor business practice. We will be disputing the invoice and whoever operates in our area can come back and take the bottle of fly spray back. Everyone be aware of this tactic this company seems to employ.
