We know CrossFit can be intimidating. That's why we created our unique program at Brazen Fitness: we call it the Smarter CrossFit Program. Designed with safety and for beginners in mind, our program is strength-driven, incorporates injury prehab/rehab, and has the right amount of structure for everyone to make progress.
