MAD Rebel Health Kitchen Serves Vegetarian Food in Los Angeles, CA 90048 When you are looking for a restaurant that serves healthy food in Los Angeles, CA, look no further than MAD Rebel Health Kitchen. We specialize in refreshing creations that are both healthy and delicious. We have stayed true to our values and beliefs, providing a vibrant, diverse, energetic, and hygienically clean environment with excellent customer service! At MAD Rebel Health Kitchen, we make everything in-house. There is no added sugar in anything. All our dishes are designed to fill you up but not slow you down. Filling, energizing food that's clean and won't leave you feeling like you need a nap. We use fresh organic produce from local farmer's markets when we can find it there or on local farms. Our chef is chef-driven and has over 30 years of experience. A passion for good food drives all our dishes. We have creative specials, and we make stuff here that you are not going to find anywhere else. We love to incorporate superfoods or adaptogenic herbs whenever possible, just to drive up the nutritional content of our dishes. We're just a small, local kitchen that cares about how our food fits into your daily life. We eat to live, and we live to eat well. Our motto here is "fuel good." That not only means yourself but the good around you in the world as well. Our goal is to reach a point in sales where we can comfortably give back to our community in order to fuel the good of our neighborhood and city. We have sponsorships for youth programs and trustworthy charities. We also highlight vegetarian and vegan dishes. There are a limited number of animal products on our menu. Not only for the sustainability that it promotes but also due to our love of animals and nature. We would love to sponsor pet adoption events locally due to our overwhelming love of dogs. We are also dog friendly at the store, and we put out filtered water for our four-legged friends and have healthy treats available as well.
