We're Sisler's Ice Cream & we have been an ice cream shop here in Princeton, IL since 2021. We are the 4th generation of Sisler's carrying on the ice cream business that was started by our great grandfather in 1908. Our father, Billy, always wanted to open a local ice cream shop that served Sisler's ice cream to the community.
