The Balloon People is a member of the Qualatex Balloon Network, and our balloon artists have earned the designation as Certified Balloon Artists (“CBA”). Original owner Francine Kades is the Balloon Artist for The Balloon People We are incredibly qualified to produce outstanding balloon art for your event! We’ve decorated many important events in the Valley over the years, including the Fiesta Bowl and both Super Bowls, where we were on the NFL’s list of preferred vendors.
